Fly is a damage-dealing Flying-type move.
Once Fly is selected, the user will be unable to switch out unless Fly is disrupted or fully executed.
On the turn that Fly is selected, the user will fly up high and become semi-invulnerable, where the only attacks it cannot avoid are Bide, Swift, Transform, Gust, Thunder, Twister, Whirlwind, Sky Uppercut, Hurricane, Smack Down and Thousand Arrows.
During the semi-invulnerable turn the user will receive double damage from Gust and Twister and it will be knocked out if hit from Smack Down or Thousand Arrows.
If a Power Herb is held by the user, Fly can be executed in one turn.
