Pokémon nature in the Summary UI highlighted in blue.

The Nature is a game mechanic that influences how a Pokémon's stats grow.

The Nature a Pokémon has and the stats affected by it are shown in the Summary screen of the Pokémon.
The stats affected will be highlighted in:
- Green if affected positively, receiving a 10% increase.
- Red if affected negatively, receiving a 10% reduction.

There are five Natures that have no effect on the Pokémon's stat growth, as they technically increase and decrease the same stat (Bashful, Docile, Hardy, Quirky, and Serious).

A Mint can be used to change a Pokémon Nature, but the change will only affect stats, having no effect in any other situation.

A Pokémon Nature can be passed down by it holding an Everstone while Breeding.
