The PixelHunt sidemod adds automatic and semi-random Pokémon hunts. Players can catch any of the hunted Pokémon, but rewards and IV upgrades will only be given if the caught Pokémon has one of the listed natures. Once caught, the player will receive configurable rewards as well as an announcement that the Pokémon has been caught in chat. All Pokémon, regardless of nature, that are currently being hunted will have flaming particles when a player is nearby. A new hunt will be automatically started after completion or if the time has expired.

By default, the rewards are a combination of Poké Balls, Rare Candy, PokéDollars (if an economy plugin is enabled), and blocks depending on the rarity level of the hunted Pokémon. The IVs of the caught Pokémon will be increased as well. If the caught Pokémon's nature is not on the nature list of the hunted Pokémon, it will receive a configurable IV multiplier. If it has the correct nature, it will receive a configurable IV multiplier as well as having its best IV stat maxed.

PixelHunt can only be installed on a server and does not need to be installed on the client. SpongeForge is required as well as an economy plugin to use money rewards.

  2. Drop/move the downloaded jar file into the mods folder on the server's files.
